Every time that AP week comes along, stress levels rise, the amount of sleep one gets decreases, and most of the time is spent studying and trying to cram as much information as possible into one’s mind.
It may sound complicated and uncomfortable but that’s the truth about AP week. However, it doesn’t always have to like that. There are many ways that one can survive AP week while getting a goodnight sleep, not stressing out so much, and not having to cram all information all the time.
Here are some tips for making through AP week just fine. First, determine out of the AP’s that you are taking the ones that are the most important to you, the ones that you really want to pass.
Once, you’ve got that down, you will have to settle your study time. This is simply, the amount of time you will spend studying on each subject you are getting tested on. Obviously, you will study more for the AP that matter the most t you.
After those two steps, you need to find an activity, such as sport, that you truly in enjoy in order to calm your stress. AP week, isn’t about studying, it’s about being able organize oneself.
A key to thing to have in mind is that you need to sleep a lot. Yes, you need to study, but sleeping is better. Sleeping helps not only calm your stress, but it also allows for your brain to function better. There is nothing better than a goodnight sleep and a good breakfast combined.
You see, if one sleeps well the night before an exam, and one has a complete breakfast that morning. Your brain will have an outstanding performance. It’s important to study during AP week, but you have to remember the necessities of your body.
So remember, study time, activity, sleep, and a good breakfast is the combination for a successful AP week. Now, go back to study.
